By accessing this platform, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use SocialSpikes if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1 User Accounts & Roles
SocialSpikes operates with two primary user roles. By using our services, you must abide by the rules specific to your chosen role:
Brand Creators
- You are responsible for funding your campaigns and providing clear, accurate instructions for Promoters.
- You must review submitted work fairly and within the designated timeframe.
- You may not request illegal, explicit, or harmful actions through campaigns.
Promoters
- You agree to submit authentic, legitimate proof of work for campaigns you participate in.
- Falsifying proof, using bots, or engaging in fraudulent social media activity will result in immediate account termination.
- You must keep your connected social media accounts active and in good standing.
2 Wallet, Rewards & Withdrawals
- Virtual Currency: Balances shown as "Coins" or "XP" have no real-world cash value outside of the platform unless explicitly specified in our withdrawal policies.
- Withdrawals: Promoters may request withdrawals for earned rewards subject to minimum payout thresholds and identity verification checks.
- Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to freeze wallets or reverse transactions if fraudulent activity, bot usage, or violation of these terms is suspected.
3 Campaigns & Submissions
When participating in a campaign:
- Brand Creators have the right to approve or reject proof based on the campaign's specific criteria.
- Disputes regarding rejected submissions will be mediated by SocialSpikes administrators. Administrative decisions are final.
- Campaigns that violate third-party social media platform rules (e.g., selling fake followers) are strictly prohibited and will be removed.
4 Account Deletion & Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion:
- All pending rewards, active participations, and unused wallet balances are forfeited.
- For Brand Creators, active campaigns will be immediately expired, preventing new participants.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
5 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SocialSpikes, nor its directors or employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this platform. We act solely as a facilitator between Brand Creators and Promoters and are not responsible for disputes arising directly between users outside of our campaign system.
